Richard Lord
Managing Director
Richard has 40 years of property experience across a wide variety of asset classes. He has an indepth understanding of medical and healthcare assets; from GP clinics to short stay private hospitals. His experience covers the life cycle of property from site identification, network planning, sale and lease negotiation, to managing fitouts and development management.
Richard has professional qualifications in Valuation, Property Economics and Project Management.
